I'm a mother of two wonderful young adults, married to an incredibly supportive husband. I live in Country Victoria, nestled in amongst the most stunning sanctuary. 

After struggling with low self-love, my own ability and believing in my creative process, I've come to a very magical place of self-love and all the wonders it brings. 

Growing up in the  80’s  in the western suburbs in housing commission and a violent family home.

A broken family, my dad leaving when I was 2 and a step-father raising 3 children as his own, meshed with abuse and dysfunction.

Emotional and physical pain was constantly perpetuated in the family home.

These patterns and beliefs had been firmly integrated by my rebellious teenage years. Wanting to run and hide. Desperately seeking to be the wallflower and become invisible amongst peers. Carrying the shame of a dysfunctional and disruptive home life. I created a pattern of destructive survival patterns.

Falling in love with my husband, begun a journey of self-discovery which mean "Doing the Work"

I became a mum in my early 20’s which just propelled my self discovery journey immensely. Wanting to mother in a way that nurtured our children, I set to "Doing The Work" yet again.

So, I got to work, something ignited within me, my husband loved me unconditionally and loved enough for the both of us when I wasn’t able too. 

I began with personal development courses, professional courses, changing my professions several times each time learning a new personal tool. I became an avid reader. We made a lifestyle choice to move to the country which on many occasions has proved to be my sanctuary. 

I committed to yoga retreats, art therapy, reiki, massage, aromatherapy, cranio sacral therapy, myotherapy, remedial massage, intuitive coaching, reflexology, meditation, breath work, visualisations, birth work, doula, women’s groups, facilitating circles, running workshops, health, & food. I began to live and feel the connection between the mind, body and I connect to my soul and spirit. 

The pieces of the puzzles begin to fall gently into place.

Patterns became incredible obvious to me, family pain patterns left unconscious keep webbing.

I'm still on my journey and will always be, I've done the hard work by being in physical, emotional and spiritual shut down, the rest is easy I promise. 

my aim is to show up for myself in every moment, sometimes I feel like I succeed and other times I feel like I've taken 2 steps back.

I am truly thankful for all that I have experienced and will continue to experience. I am mostly grateful for the people I move with, my husband who knows love at its deepest level, my children who teach me every day to be more love.

If I can live so many different lives in one, you got this I know you can move into the best version of you, we all have a purpose and we are all a gift. 

I'm a believer in birth and its process, I'm passionate about women and families. I hunger for women to feel their compassionate self meshed with their own power. 

Learning constantly keeps me on my toes, constantly showing up to do my own work and then sharing my golds with others. 

Women coming together and sharing, conversations and communicating brings healing to ourselves and to our mother earth.
