Your session is specifically designed for you. A holistic approach to meet your needs. My ability to "read" the energies and truths of where you are stuck, guide us through a fully loaded session of possibilities and change.

This is an organic process that is gentle and revealing. Supported by meditation, sound & energy work. A topic of story is chosen for each gathering. Prior notes are created. Each person shares without interruption and with acknowledgment.

1:1 Spiritual Counselling are approx 2 hours for first sessions and approx 90 min there after
